Today, we’ve expanded to three state-of-the-art facilities: an 85,000-square-foot location in Plymouth, MN, a 96,000-square-foot building in Nevada, IA, and a 38,000-square-foot site in Lenexa, KS. In addition to our “Best in Class” converting equipment, which includes web and die-cut capabilities and speeds of up to 1,600 envelopes per minute, we also offer enhanced four-color process in-line flexographic printing. This high-tech system allows for vibrant, precise printing directly on the envelope, including coated paper, for a professional finish. Combined with our Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, we optimize every step of the process to ensure exceptional results.
